You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin.
YOUR JOURNEY STARTS HERE
Therapy is a space to slow down, ask questions, and move forward at your own pace. From your complimentary consultation to ongoing sessions, every step is designed to help you feel comfortable, supported, and understood.
STEP ONE
Complimentary Consultation
A free 15-minute phone or video consultation gives us a chance to connect, discuss what's bringing you here, and answer any questions you may have.
There's no pressure and no obligation, just an opportunity to see if we're the right fit.
STEP TWO
Your First Session
Our first session is about getting to know you.
We'll explore what's brought you here, what's been feeling difficult, and what you're hoping therapy can help you with. There's no expectation to have everything figured out, we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
For couples, we'll spend time understanding your relationship story, the challenges you're facing, and the goals you have for moving forward together.
STEP THREE
Ongoing Sessions
Therapy is a collaborative process.
Sessions are 50 minutes and are typically scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs. Together, we'll explore patterns, develop practical tools, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
Some sessions may feel lighter than others. Some may feel challenging. Both are valuable parts of the process.
Investments:
Individual Therapy $170 / 50 minutes
Couples Therapy $200 / 50 minutes
Invoices are provided following each session for insurance reimbursement.

If you’ve been carrying a lot on your own or finding it hard to slow down, therapy can offer a supportive space to better understand yourself and move forward in a way that feels more aligned.

Many extended health benefit plans cover services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist (RP). After each session, you’ll receive a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Direct billing is not currently available, so it’s a good idea to check your individual plan for coverage details.

Yes, virtual therapy has been shown to be just as effective as in-person therapy for many concerns. It also offers added flexibility, allowing you to attend sessions from a space where you feel most comfortable, without the need to commute. For many people, this actually makes it easier to open up and stay consistent with their sessions.
